This is video about looking for abdominal pain caused anterior cutaneous nerve entrapment Syndrome (ACNES) showing Carnett's Sign. This is a common miss when patients present with abdominal wall pain. Any patient, particularly one with a history of abdominal surgery, the diagnosis of ACNES should be considered.
