腸閉塞のCT読影では、腸間膜の局所的なうっ血を探すと絞扼の鑑別に役立ちます！
腸管を花に、血管を茎に見立てて、収束した腸間膜と拡張した腸管を花束に例えることを、Flower Bouque sign（フラワーブーケサイン）と呼びます。局所的な鬱血は、絞扼を示唆する感度や特異度の比較的高い重要な所見なので見逃さないようにしましょう！
