Von Meyenburg complexes are benign biliary hamartomas that are usually less than 0.5 cms across and may be found anywhere in the liver. They are multiple lesions and associated with hepatic fibrosis, cystic liver disease and autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD).
