One of the most difficult cases in neurosurgery is resection of intrinsic brain tumors from motor cortex which can result in permanent paralysis. This is a case of a patient with glioblastoma multiforme involving the motor cortex. The life expectancy and quality of life of such patients largely depends on the extent of the resection. Case presentation by Dr. Farhad Limonadi MD, director of neurosurgery at Eisenhower Medical Center. Edited by Camus Yu
