This video reviews different micro media (nutrient, differential, selective) and shows bacterial colony morphology on the agar. THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL VIDEO. I put this together for my micro class. Note: on TCBS agar, Vibrio cholerae would grow yellow colonies. Other Vibrio species grow dark green colonies (as shown).
