肝臓は軽度脂肪肝を伴って、一見肝硬変様の形態変化を示しますが、実質に関しては粗雑というより大小様々な低エコー腫瘤が無数にある印象です。
過去に乳癌の手術歴があり、当施設でも3年位前に乳癌再発を認め、計2度の手術を受けたのですが、その時には肝臓には明らかな形態異常を認めませんでした。
今回は、メタを疑いました。
