A 5-year-old boy presents for jaundice, back pain, and dark colored urine. Last night, he had dinner with his parents and had rice, chicken, and fava beans. Labs show an elevated bilirubin, elevated lactate dehydrogenase, anemia, and a reticulocytosis. His peripheral smear is seen here. What is the most likely diagnosis?
