This Video is Level 3:
To perform at this level, the surgeon should be acquainted with all instruments, have advanced hand-to-eye coordination, recognize the dangers, start focusing on hemostatic principles and safety techniques and be able to operate without supervision.
Case:
The patient is a 32-year-old woman with pelvic pain and a history of IVF failures.
Introduction:

Pain subsides for a few months but usually returns to the preoperative level later on. Peritoneal excision of the affected areas with nerve preservation offers permanent relief in these cases.
