A 7-year-old girl was evaluated by her pediatrician for frontal headaches, dizziness, vomiting, and pulsatile tinnitus. The workup included computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the head, which demonstrated a 6 × 6.6 × 7.1-cm left frontal lobe mass.
