Case:
The patient is a 54-year-old woman with a six-centimeter left mass, resembling a left solid adnexal tumor on US and MRI
Five months prior to this operation, she had undergone laparoscopy with bilateral oophorectomy for the same reason.
However, postoperative assessment showed the mass to still be in the same site.
