Join me for another night on call - this time with multiple emergencies overnight! Find out what a day in the life of a doctor is really like... from paperwork to life-threatening emergencies! How do we get our call room keys at this hospital? How many pages do we get during the day? As a junior medical resident, I do 26-hour call shifts where i see patients on the ward during the day and i admit patients to hospital from the emergency department at night. You can never anticipate what it will be like - each day has it's own surprises haha!
