"The first half of this video talks about my POST-CALL ROUTINE and then I'm joined by AMAZING doctors/friends who share their post-call routines and GUILTY PLEASURES! Being on call for 26 hours is exhausting... we then get the next day off, which is called a ""post-call day"". It's always a balance between sleeping, trying to get things done and indulging in treats! Thank you to all the residents who collaborated on this video - it was so much fun to hear what you do outside the hospital on your day off! Let me know - what's your guilty pleasure post call??"
