Beware a parietal branch to petrosal branch visible anastomosis during MMA embolization!
I went distal and used 500-700um particles to protect the facial nerve

Type 1 Spinal dural arteriovenous fistula anatomy/angiography is always remarkable
Fistula is at T6, but look at this T7 radiculomeningeal branch climbing the dura to feed the fistula (arrow)
Just because two levels are feeding, doesn’t make it a multi-level fistula!
