診断：Stanford A type/DeBakey Ⅰtype/偽腔開存型 、moderateAR
手術：上行大動脈人工血管置換術+大動脈弁形成術(交連部吊り上げ法)
Operation time 4h 08min.

当院で行っている方法を、今回は詳しく説明してみました。
大動脈吻合は基本的に2重で縫合しています。
なれるまでに多少、時間がかかりますが、追加縫合はほぼ必要ありません。
今回も11年目の若手にお願いしましたが、出血もなく、4時間前後で終了して、合併症なく退院しています。
